Service-Link is a Web-served, multi-tiered, Java-based application for real-time, integrated field service, dispatching and Mobile Resource Management and was designed to streamline and automate many of the processes associated with providing field service. This approach makes Service-Link scalable to meet the requirements of small and large organizations and ready for interfacing to a variety of computer systems.
